Hello everyone!

Thanks for visiting my blog.  I’ll be updating it a few times a week with lots of my favourite topics.  I love REAL food and using these foods to stimulate our natural healing powers in the body.  Yoga is also another passion of mine.  The combination of both of these are a great way to lead a healthy and happy life.  Like anything, it’s all about balance though.  Often when we think of a yoga teacher/nutritionist, an image comes to mind of someone who lives off of kale and quinoa, while meditating for 2 hours a day in clothes made of hemp.  I am definitely not this kind of person! Some of my favourite things are cheese, wine and dancing!  Kale and quinoa are amazing and are nutritional powerhouses but it’s not realistic to eat them all the time.  It’s all about finding a way of life that works for you, and only you.

In today’s world there are so many people and products that tell you exactly how to live, what to eat and why this is the only way.  We all have an incredible guide inside of us which is our intuition.  In the end, it’s all about what works for us.  I look forward to exploring more about this as the blog unfolds…
