Elevate your next event with a much needed dose of wellbeing! With 15 years of experience, Sarah is the GO TO expert for designing the ideal programme for your upcoming event. Conferences can be intense and demanding, often filled with long hours of presentations and networking. Sarah will work with you to design the right amount of wellness sessions throughout the day so that the event is more impactful and enjoyable for all.

Sarah is renowned for her fun and interactive approach to wellness, and her specialty is energising, focusing and inspiring large corporate groups. With a passion to help delegates feel better throughout the conference, she uses practical wellness tips that enhance physical and mental health instantly. Activities such as Chair Yoga, mindfulness sessions and breathing techniques  help to revive and recharge the room, acting as a breath of fresh air during long days.

 THE WELLBEING MENU

After working in corporate wellness events for over a decade, Sarah has used this experience to understand that delegates benefit most from a wide range of wellness sessions throughout a conference. She has developed a series of wellbeing sessions that are ideal at key times of the day. Once confirmed, Sarah is available for the full day and the event organisers can choose from a wide range of her wellness options.

Upon making contact with Sarah, a call will be set up to go over the outline and objectives of the conference. From here, she will advise the best plan based on her choice of wellness options in order to ensure the ultimate conference experience for all involved.

An example of Sarah’s conference wellbeing offerings on a sample day:

1) MORNING YOGA CLASS
An energising yoga class to start the day positively. Yoga poses are specifically chosen to awaken the body and mind, creating an uplifting team building experience as well.

2) POST COFFEE BREAK RESET
A 5 minute mindfulness exercise that teaches breathing techniques to rebalance the nervous system and focus the group after a break.

3) KEYNOTE TALK
A 30 minute Ted Talks style event that is motivational and helps to inspire the group in the middle of the day when energy levels are generally the lowest.

4) CHAIR YOGA SESSION
A 10 minute yoga session that releases aches and pains caused by sitting for long periods of time, specifically focusing on the neck, shoulders, back and hips.

5) GUIDED RELAXATION
The perfect ending to a long day of meetings and presentations. Before delegates go onto their evening social events, this relaxing session will recharge and rejuvenate each individual.
