As a reminder, our liver is one of the most important organs in our body.  It performs over 500 functions in the body, particularly dealing with toxicity in the body.  The kinder that we can be to our livers, the better!  Here are some little tips to support the liver:

Eliminate poor quality fats and oils
Eat less and eat simply
Eat your last meal of the day before 8pm
Include green foods and fresh smoothies
Minimize alcohol, sugar and caffeine
Drink clean water often
Incorporate movement
Avoid mental stress…rest and relax more
Acknowledge feelings of anger, sadness or feeling stuck
