It’s great to start your day with fruit because it’s very easy to digest.  You don’t want to overload the body first thing in the morning because this can cause digestive problems for the rest of the day.

Add some yogurt for healthy probiotics and ground flax seeds for healthy fats next.  You’ll have a well balanced breakfast that will give you energy until lunch!  The fruit also provides healthy nutrients for the body.  Enjoy it all in a bowl or in a smoothie!
